The biggest Question though I have is... How do you get them out of their is so many? It looks like she would be in massive pain... I mean I know what it is like to carry a lot of babies myself I mean if they are so many  it looks like its squishing her womb area... If there is to many how can you cut her open? o.o XD I am sorry I think I am looking way into this concept lol. The most babies I carried at one time as Five babies. we had to do a C-Section of course...

I didn't notice that was her stomach its blue I thought it was her shirt or something. Gods that has to be painful... She looks like she is enjoying it so maybe this in one of those worlds where it does not hurt to be pregnant the more babies the more pleasure I guess lol.
